About Us
Big House Revival Ministries
We have given the Good News to the downtrodden and the malicious in prisons from California to Texas… but GOD’s Word reaches all!
My Story
Looking back at my life before I came to know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, I realize that it is by God’s Grace alone that I didn’t end up locked down, as a resident of a facility within the State of California’s Department of Rehabilitation. There are many men in our prison system who started their journey through crimes committed while intoxicated from drugs or alcohol, or both. I am grateful to have a ministry with an office outside of the prison walls … at the end of a day of ministry I have my “get out of jail card” when I hit the gate….
…
…with that said: In 1988 with that conviction on my heart, I had my first experience serving through the ministry of music, in a Federal Prison. Little did I know that this road would eventually lead to me becoming a Volunteer Chaplain for the State of California at Corcoran Prison and Centinela Prison. I am now sent out as a missionary from Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, serving at Corcoran and Centinela Prisons by exhortation and teaching through the Word of God, leading worship, working with inmate worship teams and ministering to the men one on one.
In His Grace and for His Glory, Paul.
